Manana Resort & Marina

Introduction.

Tom Irwin Marine is proud to have constructed the new dock system as part of the marina redevelopment at Manana Resort & Marina.

This large-scale project included 36,000+ square feet of new dock infrastructure, designed and built to provide long-term durability, functionality, and an enhanced waterfront experience, welcoming boaters and visitors from the Gulf Islands, Pacific Northwest, and beyond.

Dock sections are fabricated at our facility using marine-grade materials and proven construction methods designed to deliver long-term performance in demanding marine environments.

Off-Site Fabrication.

Once completed, the dock sections were launched and transported by water to the Project Site, where installation crews prepared for deployment and assembly.

Transport & On-Site Installation.

Project Completion.

From initial fabrication through final installation, each phase played a role in delivering the completed dock system now serving boaters and visitors at Manana Resort & Marina.
